Coming at it from a slightly different approach, why not just eliminate the 
initialism and spell it out? Just because an initialism exists, doesn't 
necessarily mean you have to use it. That particular one seems like one that 
I'd have to pause and dredge up from the bowels of my memory whenever I 
encounter it... it's not quite intuitive enough for me.
