Let's NOT adopt the convention used in Illinois:

"Drivers License"

No apostrophe. Anywhere. Just an "s".

This disparity resembles the disparity among the states to call a
license to
drive a "Driver's License" or a "Driver License." In California, it is
a
"Driver License." Those of you licensed to drive, look at your
licenses,
what do they say? What convention shall everyone adopt?
