Commas, semi-colons, and periods go inside the closing quotation mark. In
this case, I recommend creating a style (named, for instance "code") and
configuring that to use Courier, Courier New, or another console-style font
to display the text to be entered on the command line. That way, you won't
need to cite the command line reference as a quotation.
