A "complete set of requirement docs" is not the same thing as a
"complete document set". I think you need to find out what you are
being asked to describe.
A "complete set of requirement docs" is whatever is needed by the
company to describe what the next product is supposed to do. In other
words, it is the product specification and associated documents. The
target audience is those who will design and build the product. A
well-written and clear product specification signed off by management
is one of the finest protections against scope creep and against
misunderstandings between developers.
The "complete document set" is in principle all the documentation
needed for the product. You seem to have that covered fairly well.
