Which raises the question of whether the OP may have actually meant 
Ireland (as in Republic of, in which lies Cork), or really did mean 
Northern Ireland (part of UKOGBANI).

Ireland seems more likely, but maybe we're getting a sneak peek at the 
next big thing? It would be interesting to know.
