One thing I always tell writers working for me is never say
"no," or "it can't be done," always say, ""yes, it can be
done, and here's what we need from you in order to do it."
You may be surprised at what others are willing to do for
you if you tell them what's essential for getting the documents
they need, but if nothing else you want the person making
the request in the first place to be the one to decide that
the request is something that "can't be done."
