I am a pretty good mediator, that's failed...or is failing. So now I
simply follow CYA and yes, looking for a new job.

It's just madness though. Being pulled out of an established Doc group
in a company and placed in a new group where the manager can attempt
to manage by intimidation? Wow. Even the Doc Manager is amazed. His
hands are tied though, his words..."Wow, you're screwed!"
