A most excellent idea! It adds rather than subtracts clarity, and
injecting the neuter noun undoubtedly assuages the concerns of all but
the most hypersensitive. Great solution!

I speculated earlier that "someone who is both rational and considerate
(as you appear to be) will more than likely strike a reasonable
balance," and I'm delighted to be proven right (once again). :-)
