You can do this manually. I don't know of any software that will automate the process.

Viso would work, as would any of the myrid graphics programs like Adobe Illustrator. Paint programs like Photoshop
would work in a pinch, but are not designed to do it as efficiently.

Viso is perhaps the best bet.
