Anytime we send the military a document it goes through their QA and then their Content Management departments to make sure ANY change is approved. So notations about any type of changes are very valuable to them. They remove the page before it ever gets to the guys in the field who use the software. That and about ten other pages that have to be placed on any document we send to them.
