Yes, but Sylvia's post said that they were looking for a Knowledge
Management system, not a CMS system. At their foundations,
CMS and DMS and KM are all performing similar functions, but from
an operational standpoint they are very different. Implementing
a system that everybody tries to avoid because it doesn't fit with
the way they do their job is a waste of time, effort, and money.
