If you've ever signed an NDA for an employer or
client, check it carefully to see whether it describes
the information covered in general terms or specifics.
General descriptions such as "company confidential,"
"proprietary," etc., rather than specific references to
"intellectual property" may open you up to action if
you disclose such items as terms of employment,
salary, contractor rates or any internal processes
without the company's permission.
