I use a number of things:

Thanks a bunch
Best Regards
Thanks again (if I already said "thanks" in the first sentence)
Talk to you soon (if the "thanks" part was implied or stated earlier in the
message)
And, for casual business relationships, "ta ta for now"

Think of it as creative writing.

Regards for business. Warm regards for business I care more about (not
saying I don't care about regards). Cheers to a mix. Sincerely is standard
US fare. Remember, though, an email is not a letter. So, you have some
latitude. What does your corporate style guide say? <g>

HTH,

Sean

I see this all the time in emails. I also see "Regards." I don't know about
you, but to me it seems rather cold.

"Regards" seems very abrupt. I would rather see "Kind regards," "Sincere
regards" or "Warm regards." None of these modifiers seem to go well with
"thanks."

Don't know what to do with "Thanks." In emails, it has become standard
boilerplate and doesn't mean anything.

I usually try to say "Thank you." Even that rings hollow at times.
