I'm truly sorry you have been frustrated with the Office 2007 UI. I've been using their 'roadmap to the kitchen' <reposted again http://tinyurl.com/y85r6y for your convenience> and it has helped me immensely. Their roadmap tells me what drawers to look in for what I need.

How long have you been using Word 2007?
