A little more context would be helpful--it's terrible from both the marcom and techcomm perspectives!

I think they might be looking for something along the lines of "protect your organization's critical data, because critical data stored on multiple PCs...."

But it's actually hard to tell without more context around how they want to use this phrase... the possessives make it even more confusing, so I'd do everything possible to eliminate them.

I've got a phrase at work that marketing is insisting on:



âby protecting you and all of your PCsâ critical data
because it's the critical data of multiple PCs
I thought the rule was never to use an abbreviation like this with a possessive. (It's marketing verbiage that they want to keep short.)
Am I wrong, or does anyone have any suggestions?
