The purpose of the Profile is to snag a LARGE contract. It will be
included as part of the bid for services.

They need to provide a company profile with the bid... but they also
want to include a list of services that they provide (which is long and
relevant, should be provided somehow), and an overview of their key
personnel, some of whom are an example of who will do the job, depending
on the content (they have a lot of content specialists, each one in a
different field, so they can't provide a resume for each one, but the
company doing the bid wants to know WHO will do it, so they need a page
that shows an overview of the top level WHO and samples of the content
who) (if that makes sense).

Right now I have:

Documents: CV/Resumes and copies of certificates (part of RFP)
Three Recommendation letters
Company Profile (currently two pages lots of white space on each page)
Services: Will be a table including defined content services (such as
DTP, writing, editing, etc), and defined specializations (such as
pharmaceutical, legal, administrative, construction, business-sensitive
content)
Management and Key Personnel Overview: Brief bio-blurb of both owners of
company; blurb on two key project managers, blurg on sample content
specialists (who submitted their CVs)

Thanks in advance

Deborah
