In Win XP, open the Folder Options dialog and click the View tab. Under
Advanced Settings, find (about half-way down) Managing pairs of Web
pages and folders. Select your preference:
-- Show and manage the pair as a single file
-- Show both parts and manage them individually
-- Show both parts but manage as a single file
