I guess I'll buy Parallels.... Having wasted some money on Bootcamp when
I first bought my MBP. :-)

I'm looking at 4.2 on my other monitor right now. Two unhandled
exceptions last week. Admittedly, that's fewer than I was getting...

Because I've been with Flare for a coupla years, now, and that's been
their perenniel fall-back troubleshooting instruction.

Possibly, but I rarely have problems with Acrobat and pretty-much never
with OpenOffice, Firefox, GIMP (I'm just listing non-MS programs that
seem solid despite not having the "advantage" of being built by the
people who built the OS).

Anyway, given the complexity of the product, I think they've done a
pretty good job with it. If all I've got to complain about are the odd
non-fatal (but I shut down and restart anyway) "unhandled exception"
errors, that's pretty good overall design and quality. Also, as pointed
out, they are very responsive on specific problems.
