FWIW, I had many unhandled exceptions on my old computer, which had over the
years become very unstable. There were lots of Windows problems on that
sucker.

But I haven't had a single unhandled exception since switching to my new
computer. I think Flare just reflects whatever problems there are with the
O/S.
