Geoff -

Thank you for writing this. It's always good to remember now and then
that all our minds are not wired the same way.

I'm not a "Technical Writer" as such, but do help my clients format books
for publishing and create websites. I reminded a client recently that a
link to a particular page could be on more than one drop-down menu to
make it easy for those visiting her site to find this very important
page.
