Kevin,
Try changing the dictionary settings within the Spell-Guesser. You may
need to set the dictionaries to "None" and "Clear."

Subject: FrameMaker Spell-Checker Glitch?

While manually reviewing a Frame 7.0 document, I came upon a seriously
spelling-challenged intro page at the start of a 40-page chapter
document. It contained three or four blatant misspellings. I noted it
for later correction, and came back to it later to run the spell
checker. SPELL CHECK JUST IGNORES THE PAGE. For some reason, despite
several blatant spelling errors, Frame refuses to flag or correct
spelling errors on this page only. The cursor just sits there, even if
I highlight an offending word.

Has anyone ever dealt with this problem before? Apparently the original
writer assumed, as I have, that FrameMaker's spell checker is thorough
and robust.

Thank you,

Kevin Ryan
