Twitter, Google Wave, Facebook, etc. are more suited to sales/marketing
and product support. Less so (or not at all) for technical
documentation. Social media is the Wiki solution of the year. Remember
how Wikis revolutionized, recharged, and changed the whole documentation
delivery paradigm?  Neither do I. 

Social media *may* supplement or enhance traditional documentation
delivery, especially for broadly available products where the user base
is large enough to contribute (Office, Acrobat, Photoshop). For small,
niche software (Neurolucida, Densita)...I don't see it, but maybe I can
be convinced.
