Gene is absolutely right. I advise all my clients to use a separate registrar. If you want to switch hosting companies it's a much simpler matter. I, too, use Network Solutions as my registrar. It's definitely the high-priced option but the times I've needed support, I've been able to call and get someone on the phone right away and have them help me resolve my issue. I've been pointing my clients to either lunarpages.com or 1and1.com for hosting services. For the average client, the low-priced package at 1and1.com ($3.99 per month) is more than adequate.
