The English equivalent of German's formal second person pronoun, "Sie,"
is "you." The English equivalent of German's informal "Du" is "thou."
Most English speakers stopped using the informal second person pronouns
(thou, thee, thine) some time ago, and use only the formal.
But far from the root of the problem, it's totally irrelevant. No one
writes resumes in the second person.
