It is no longer available free online as Microsoft
has pulled or requested that it be pulled from sites. Hate to be a
killjoy, 
but requesting someone to send you copyrighted material is, well,
illegal.

You might consider a subscription to safaribooksonline, a service that 
lets you use lots of technical books on various subjects for a small
fee. 
They have MMOS as well as books from Adobe Press, Peachpit, OREILLY,
etc. 
available for about $23/month for 10 books a month.
