Used to be that there was at least one or two listings a month on the
local jobs in vt site. Even the local STC site had listings. For a while
now, there's been nothing in the Champlain Valley area, and nothing in
the rest of the state. Dartmouth Journals has had ads for production and
editing in the past few months. It seems that companies here are "locked
down" waiting out the recession. I would love to hire someone to help
with my work load (multiple products with multiple deliverables but no
multiple techcomm staff, just me!). Not gonna happen this year,
unfortunately.
