I frequently find myself looking at information delivered through these new
media when browsing products I'm considering buying and thinking that the
company really needs a technical writer. I don't know to what extent the media
drives the poor quality of the content, however; it could be that what I'm
seeing is coming from the same people that used to create those horrible
one-sheet instructions that used to come packed with a lot of things and they've
just learned more advanced methods of delivering poor quality information.
