So you're proposing to differentiate chapters by title? Some other way?
Or scrap the chapters as individual units themselves? Or are we just
talking about page numbering?

I'm not making any judgments -- just wondering.

My preference is to get rid of chapter numbers entirely. I don't see any
purpose for them.
