That only works if you are going to maintain and be the only person to
touch the documents. My experience has been that if they want
documentation in Word, then management will toss it to any Bob, Dick or
Harry, and let them add, delete, and make numerous changes to the
document. And there goes all of your ListNum or SEQ fields.
