Probably a matter of interpretation, but if I started out with a PDF that had
all the pages the same size and ended up with one that didn't because Acrobat
had scaled the "new" pages differently, I would call that "affecting editing,"
not "post-editing," at least as far as the altered PDF is concerned. I'd prefer
to avoid using a method that involves re-PDFing, but if there was no other way,
I'd want to make sure the changes didn't have a big red flag to point the way to
the changes.
