You mean my own similar "job-security" strategy of being the 
only one who does what I do, uses my tools (or even knows what 
some of them are... "Frame-what? MadCap-who??"), or knows where 
all my [source] bodies/files are buried... is not the way to go?   :-)

Just kidding.  We're in the early stage of getting my projects 
into MKS, the source-control system that the developers use. Unfortunately, 
that won't apply to the Marketing droids (of which the recently 
vacationing culprit is one) - they don't report to Engineering.
