RE: Bad Salary Omens

We saw this in 2002/2003. This Depression is much worse than the last
recession, as it hits across all jobs, not just tech sector jobs. 

Personally, at those rates, I'd rather wait tables again. I enjoy serving a
nice dinner to people. And the pay is about the same, adding in tips. 

My white collar abilities cost more than my waitressing abilities.

consulting firms:

*Information Developer (yes, that's the title) $19.00 an hour (39,520 a yr!)

Good GRIEF. There are admin. assistant jobs that pay more than this. What
are they thinking?
