Great reference!

One nit to pick: I've found through bitter experience that when a
foreign country uses the same address format as the U.S. (city,
state/province, 5-digit postal code, country name), the mail is
sometimes accidentally delivered to the equivalent U.S. 5-digit postal
code -- even when the foreign country name is prominently displayed.

You can reduce this risk by putting the foreign postal code before the
city name (even if that's not the foreign country's official practice),
with a hyphen after the second digit:

Jean Deaux
Exotischestrasse 189/2
89-110 Cidade
COUNTRY

Not technically correct, but less likely to end up in Nevada.
