Also, please don't assume that your client has the correct printer driver
installed. At my place of work, we have a high-end HP all-in-one, but our IT
guy doesn't concern himself with verifying the correct driver is installed
so that we can take full advantage of the options available in this unit. (I
have other battles to wage, so I don't get my panties in a wrinkle over it.)
