Interesting. When I saw this I said "no f-ing way."

But then I went to find the listing. It wasn't there, but there were several
other extremely low-ball offerings. One was a guy who wanted a web site
built, and budgeted "300 for web developer, $100 for tech writer." From the
site he selected as a model, it looked like he was trying to not only rip
off that site's design and functionality, but its business as well.
Some "consultant".

It seems to me that Craigslist only has garage-sale technical gigs. Even if
a listing seems legit, I'd be suspicious of any company cheap enough to
advertise on it.
