Excellent and timely advice. I just got back from grabbing three aspirin
for the pain in my neck.
Hmm, maybe not so timely. Why didn't you send this _hours_ ago? ;-)
The problem with most of your eminently sensible recommendations is
sticking to them. At least, that's the problem I have.
Here's another suggestion that's helped me some (and would help more if
I did it daily instead of when I think about it): shoulder shrugs. Hold
a pair of dumbbells in your hands, which are hanging down by your sides.
Now slowly raise your shoulders as high as you can and then slowly lower
them. Repeat 10-15 times per set, depending on dumbbell weight and your
capacity. Do several sets.
> And have some dark chocolate. Just because. :-)
Hey, it's full of anti-oxidants, which will help counter the
inflammation -- it's a health food!
