Re: Word 2007 woes, no red underlining

[Lorraine lost Word 2007 red-lined misspelling.]

Is the document acronym heavy, or laden with code samples? Word
usually confesses that "there are too many spelling errors in the
document to check as you type" in those cases. I wouldn't doubt it if
the program just kakked. It usually does when I work with register
documents.

Aside from that, check the settings by clicking the corner Office
button > Word Options > Proofing
