It depends upon whether you want just videos or interactive training. If
you want videos, Camtasia is fine. If you want something that is
interactive, something like Captivate is more along the lines of what
you need.

I've used TechSmith's Camtasia Studio for video tutorials in the past
and
was very happy with the result. It's only about $300.
