Finally found the time to research this one. There are a number of apps
(free and otherwise) for remapping keys, but you don't need them. If you
don't mind editing the registry, the instructions at http://www.usnetizen.com/fix_capslock.php are very easy (scroll down to
Remap Multiple Keys).
F10 is now the Windows app key.
