WordPress + PHP
HTML5
Graphics editing with PhotoShop (although I prefer Paint Shop Pro)
Adobe Captivate
DITA
Some sort of source management tool (I've used Visual SourceSafe and am currently using MKS Integrity)
Content management is the wave of the future
