No, from her description she's probably working at one of the first
two levels I described, and since her IT people called Adobe and then
just passed on the news to her that she wasn't going to be able to use
FM X rather than unlock a firewall or take her computer to an open
port to do the activation, she's not going to be allowed the necessary
connection.
