Always opt for the job as it will have more impact on your resume than a
certificate. I have yet to hire anyone because they had a certificate, but I
have hired individuals because they had work experience.

Whitmore Lake....I'm originally from Belleville. It was a farm town of 1,700
people when I left. I visited in several years ago on my way to Ludington
and Hoooo Booooyyyy has that little place grown. The one constant is
5-points is still confusing and the lake is still dirty.

Thanks, Al. I am just north of Ann Arbor, in Whitmore Lake, but I'm also
willing to drive, at least to a certain extent (not sure I'm willing to
drive into downtown Detroit). 

I think I'm going to pursue two tracks simultaneously: go for the
certificate, and job hunt at the same time. If I get a job in the middle of
the term, I'll either negotiate flex time to finish the classes (depending
on how useful they are) or just drop the class in favor of the job.
