TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I tested X to see if it fixed a Sharepoint bug, and I didn't notice
any change from 8 or 9. In all three versions:
If you have Acrobat, you can enable a PDF for commenting with Adobe Reader.
You can e-mail a comment-enabled PDF and consolidate comments from
multiple reviewers using Acrobat.
You can put a comment-enabled PDF in a shared directory or on a
Sharepoint server and reviewers can all comment on the same file
(except there's a bug in Acrobat 9 that makes this not work on
Sharepoint).
