Acrobat X = version 10.

I tested X to see if it fixed a Sharepoint bug, and I didn't notice
any change from 8 or 9. In all three versions:

If you have Acrobat, you can enable a PDF for commenting with Adobe Reader.

You can e-mail a comment-enabled PDF and consolidate comments from
multiple reviewers using Acrobat.

You can put a comment-enabled PDF in a shared directory or on a
Sharepoint server and reviewers can all comment on the same file
(except there's a bug in Acrobat 9 that makes this not work on
Sharepoint).
