Absolutely. The first time I used Flare I took the time to work
through the tutorial. It was the fasted I've ever been up and running
(and productive!) on a new authoring tool. Their Help sold me on the
product.
I was demoing Author It at the same time, and I remember I couldn't
even figure out how to create a TOC or an index, and could NOT find
topics that addressed basic tasks for creating a Help system.
