Companies must be very careful with what they say about their prospects etc.
There are rules on how information can be released.

The following case is an Australian one and appeals have been lodged.
However it demonstrates that the release of company information in a media
release is important.

The release of company information is also an important one in the US so a
similar situation may well apply.
