Can be very helpful for those who wear bifocals. And a necessity for bifocal folks who play the piano. Bifocals are really incorrectly designed for keyboard activities. They are upside down. A single focus that works between about 12 to 24 inches seems to be correct for me. As a myopic but only slightly astigmatic presbyope I can peer over the top or remove the glasses.
