I host four sites on bluehost.com and have only had one problem--for
some reason, I must log in to an alternate address to administer the
sites.
Other than that minor problem, I have had zero problems in two years.
Support is fast and reliable. My sites haven't gone down (to my
knowledge) in that time.
Whatever you do, avoid GoDADDY. Run away, no matter what they promise
you.
