RE: Annotated outlines...

While annotated outlines would help Andrew's consultants focus, they do
little to improve the content of the writing. I guess it would be one step
at a time, providing he wants to pay for the time it takes for them to learn
how to put two words together in a cohesive form. My personal opinion is
they're lazy. They haven?t realized that a large part of the job is
communication and that includes written communication. If you cannot
communicate your finds to the client, then you haven't done your job.

Then again, I've been cleaning up blather for over 40 years. Some people
take pride in everything they do. Some people feel writing is below their
position in life. Some people just can't put more than two words together.
The good news is the last two keep a lot of us in business.
