I've been offline due to the power outages in the US northeast, but I think
I may have contributed to or started this testing sub-thread. Just to
clarify, I did not give "make a PBJ sandwich" tests, nor did I give general
intelligence tests. The tests I gave as part of the interview process was a
small simulation of the actual work writers would be asked to do.

Its value as a predictor was higher than any other component of the process.
