Deprecated but still kicking, thanks to popular demand. There are MS
downloads to use WinHelp under Vista and Windows 7.

Technically, the download is required only for 32-bit WinHelp - 16-bit
works without it. But 32-bit WinHelp is better than 16-bit.

I don't think that's possible. WinHelp was deprecated as of Windows
Vista.

Can you switch to .chm or some form of Web help?
